Part MBrochure ButtonCommission Regulation EC 1321/2014 Annex I (Part-M) as amended by Commission Implementing Regulations (EU) 2020/270, (EU) 2019/1384, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1383 specifies that an aircraft owner or operator is responsible for the continuing airworthiness of its aircraft.

Part M focuses on the specific obligations of the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) to manage the Airworthiness Process.

Subpart I identifies the specific obligation to ensure the Airworthiness of the aircraft through the performance of the Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) process.

The primary purpose of this training is to provide a thorough understanding of the Role of Part M Specifically to complement the requirements of EASA Part CAMO, to provide a general overview of all parts of Part M and to provide in detail an in-depth understanding of Subparts C and I.

The Training focuses on the understanding of the knowledge and skills required to understand fully the Continuing Airworthiness Management Process.

This course is focused and stimulating, very practical and participation is encouraged. It is ideally suited to Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations as well as Leasing Company Personnel, Accountable Managers, Post Holders Maintenance Management Staff, and Quality Personnel.
