UK CAA Part 145 Safety (SMS) & Human Factors Initial Bridging Module

Although the HF/SMS syllabus is identical to the EASA requirements, the UK CAA applies its own oversight processes, reporting expectations, and safety-management interpretations. This module complements an existing EASA Initial HF certificate by providing the UK-specific regulatory and oversight elements required for maintenance personnel working under UK CAA approval.
This module is intended for personnel who are required to meet UK CAA HF/SMS expectations under Part 145.A.30(e), and who already hold a valid EASA Initial Human Factors certificate. It is appropriate for:
- Certifying and support staff - Maintenance technicians working in HF-sensitive tasks - Safety, quality, and compliance staff - Supervisors and team leaders with operational HF responsibilities Prerequisite:
