This recurrent module ensures that personnel who have previously completed EASA Part 145 Recurrent Safety Training (Including Human Factors) maintain compliance with the UAE GCAA regulatory framework. The training aligns the delegate’s existing EASA HF recurrent qualification with the national requirements set out under CAR-145.30(e), GM1 145.30(e), CAR-145.65, CAR-SMS, and CAR-OCR.

It reinforces competence expectations, Human Factors application within the UAE Safety Management System (SMS), and the reporting obligations required under UAE oversight. The module focuses on national practices, surveillance findings, UAE operational risks, and the Human-Factors contribution to organisational safety performance.

WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?

This recurrent bridging course is intended for personnel working within GCAA-approved CAR-145 organisations who already hold valid EASA Recurrent Safety Training (Including Human Factors) and who must maintain continuing competence under UAE regulation, including:
• Certifying staff and support staff
• Supervisors and team leaders
• Quality, safety and compliance personnel
• Maintenance planners and production controllers
• CAMO personnel whose duties require HF competence

Prerequisite
Having a valid EASA HF Recurrent training certificate as a prerequisite to attend this GCAA bridging course.
