The course supports the application or maintenance of FAA & TCCA Repair Station Approval. Understand the regulatory basis of the Bilateral Agreement and details of its constituent parts: the Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG) and the Technical Implementation Procedures (TIP). Recognise the meaning and ramifications of the Special Conditions introduced by the change. Gain an understanding of the application and approval process. Learn how to prepare for the Competent Authority transfer audit activity.

Please note that you are expected to have a current working knowledge of EASA Part 145, along with an appreciation of FAR 145. Ideally, you will also have an aviation maintenance background along with an appreciation of Continuing Airworthiness principles.
