Airport operator’s, Ground Handler’s and Airline’s personnel engaged in passenger and baggage reconciliation at the check-in position (CKI counter), Transit or Transfer desk and/or Gate.

Persons directly supervising Ground Handling staff implementing reconciliation of passengers and baggage.
