This course considers in detail the Role and Responsibilities of both Accountable Managers as well as Aviation Post Holders to understand their responsibilities to ensure compliance with EASA regulations.

EASA 1178/2011 Part - FCL - Foundation

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 of 3 November 2011 lays down technical requirements and administrative procedures. Regulatory activities which are a direct consequence of FCL include:

•Approval of flight crew training provision
•Approval of flight simulators and other synthetic training devices
•Approval of arrangements for the certification of the medical fitness of flight crew

(EU) Regulation 965/12 Foundation 

EASA OPS Regulation 965/2012 lays down detailed rules for commercial air transport operations with aero planes and helicopters, including ramp inspections of aircraft of operators under the safety oversight of another State when landed at aerodromes located in the territory subject to the provisions of the Treaty. This foundation level course is intended to familiarize Operational and Concerned Personnel with a basic understanding of EASA Reg 965 Ops Structure and Environment with emphasis on Management System, SMS & Compliance Monitoring.

EASA Quality Assurance Auditing Foundation

The primary purpose of this training is to provide a basic introduction to the Role of Annex Vc Part-CAMO in all jurisdictions managed by an EASA Regulatory environment. To introduce delegates to the working of the Part M Regulatory Structure and to enable a basic understanding of the operator’s responsibilities & contracted arrangements.

Part M Effective Mar 2020 for Large Aircraft - Foundation

The course is specifically designed for companies and persons who need to have an awareness regarding the  role of EASA Part M. It will also be of benefit to legal representatives who need to have an effective understanding as well as to serve as a refresher to any Operators and Maintenance Organizations, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) approval holders.
