This package covers topics related to: -the philosophy, purpose and role of the MEL and considers the requirements related to maintaining validity of the MEL.

- Communicate RVSM requirements and Motivate staff to ensure effective RVSM system performance.
- Achieve a basic understanding of STC , AD’s & Repairs in support of CAMO operations.
- Achieve a significant awareness regarding the working mechanics of the certification and regulatory environment leading to improved performance and organizational benefits in your effectiveness.
