During the event, you will have the opportunity to discuss related subjects with a highly experienced aviation industry professional – Steve Bentley FRAeS, CEO of Sofema Group of Companies. Steve is a competent trainer with decades of practical experience, including more than 12 years in the airworthiness department of Virgin Atlantic, and has in-depth knowledge of the EASA regulatory structure. There will also be a guest speaker with experience in implementing SMS within a 145 organisation – Mladen Duisin – Quality and Safety Manager of RAS Technic.

The Workshop is discussion oriented (thus it will not be a lecture), Free of charge and it will give you the opportunity to meet and network with fellow colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to continue your discussion after the workshop in a WhatsApp group created specifically for this workshop.

Compliance Time Scales

EASA Part 145 Organisation Transition commenced on 2 December 2022 and must be completed by 2 December 2024 to ensure the continuing validity of the organisational approval.

New 145 Certificate holders must now comply with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1963.
