» I started flying at a very early age, I was 16 when I did my first solo flight and I was 17 when I acquired my first pilot license. Then I started flying professionally with the former Niki Luftfahrt in Austria and realized that I enjoy the work in the administration, which made my study in Ireland parallel to my job as an A320 captain. I work in a team while solving new challenges and I look for every opportunity to enhance my qualification and thus improve the performance of our company and respectively of the airline sector in Bulgaria.

» I am considering myself a highly motivated person with proven and tested organization, problem-solving, and communication skills who strives to broaden my horizons every day. I can work in a team, and demonstrate high levels of productivity even working under pressure. The main ability that I think I am possessing is Precision. For me, it is very essential to analyze the situation in a detailed way. I would like to get acquainted with the Aviation world in a deeper way. I think that Sofia Online Aviation Future Leaders Scholarship Program will be another excellent possibility to enrich my knowledge.

» Being head of security and training manager, my goal is to deliver the best training programs and vital information to employees working in aviation. Any person in this position must never cease to surpass himself so that they can deliver the best knowledge to critical personnel.
